Insurance Policy:
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. We work regularly with Travel Insured International. Rates vary based on age, cancellation value coverage and optional features. If you purchase insurance within 21 days of your initial deposit, your policy will include a waiver for pre-existing conditions provided you are capable of traveling at the time of purchase. You can choose to insure your full amount at this time, or you can purchase coverage for your deposit only and then add coverage to your full amount within 21 days after final payment. Cancellation policy:
Due to the nature of this cruise being chartered, deposits are refundable only until May 1, 2026. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing trip cancellation insurance!

Change of address:
All documents and communications will be by email, so please update us if your email changes.
Required Documents:
Valid U. S. passport is required. The passport should be valid for at least six months after your return. Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should check with their embassy for proper documentation. We also suggest that you have a second form of ID, such as a driver’s license since you might be asked to present two forms of ID in some situations.
Airfare and other arrangements:
Airline prices vary with city of departure. Please be sure that you arrive at the dock by 5p on the 29tht and that your return flight leaves after noon. Avalon will notify us 1-3 days in advance of the exact docking location.
Responsibility:
Hot Tuna will be sailing on this cruise and providing entertainment for participants according to their agreement with Fan Club Cruises. Only serious illness, injury or death would prevent them from sailing. In the unlikely event that they are not able to sail, every effort will be made to provide replacement entertainer(s). In the event that replacement entertainment cannot be provided, all passengers will receive a refund of the fee designated for the performers.

Note: Cruise lines have rules regarding accepting passengers in the later stages of pregnancy. Please check with us if you will be six months or later in a pregnancy.
We are chartering this boat for the cruise. It is too early for Avalon to tell us exactly which boat will be assigned to this sailing though the itinerary is guaranteed.
